This escape is not for the faint-hearted. The Therapy Unit was an undocumented area of Napier Prison that remained hidden until during routine renovation workers discovered what appeared to be a false wall. Behind the wall were 2 cells, the remains of a Dr’s office and treatment rooms. There are no records of this space but there are signs it may have been used to treat children. Now all that remains is a mystery of a psychedelic nature…
